Joe Natale, PE is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and structural engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission since October 2018, Joe previously held various roles including Project Manager and Senior Structural Engineer at WSP USA from October 2013 to October 2018. Joe's foundational career began at the Delaware Department of Transportation as a Project Engineer from June 2008 to October 2013, after interning in various engineering positions including Engineering Intern at DelDOT and Kelly & Close Engineers, and Assistant Project Manager Intern at HSC Builders & Construction Managers. Joe holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, completed in 2013 and 2008, respectively.
