Sarah Moran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transportation planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of the Office of Mobility Analysis and Design at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, Sarah leads initiatives such as the Bike-Friendly Resurfacing Program and develops regional transit investment tools using advanced analytical methods. Sarah also has a background in academia, having taught Geovisualization at Rowan University, and has held various roles in research and engineering, including producing technical publications and enhancing training programs at BAE Systems. Sarah holds a Master of City and Regional Planning with a focus on Transportation and Environmental Planning from Rutgers University.
