Sean Lawrence, GISP, has extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and has been serving as a Staker at Ethereum since January 2021. Concurrently, since August 2004, Sean has held multiple roles at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, including GIS System Administrator and Senior Transportation GIS Analyst. In these capacities, Sean has implemented and maintained an Enterprise GIS that leverages ArcGIS Server and ArcSDE within Oracle, facilitating access to GIS datasets for regional planning. Sean specializes in developing geospatial solutions for transportation planning challenges, focusing on areas such as congestion management and transit safety. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, earned between 2000 and 2004.
