Stacy Bartels is a seasoned professional in transportation marketing and communication, with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently, Stacy serves as the Manager of the Office of TDM Strategy and Marketing at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, overseeing marketing and outreach initiatives for various transit programs. Prior roles include Marketing Manager at the Durham Area Transit Authority, where Stacy developed communication strategies for the city’s bus services, and a Copywriter/Producer at Reimel Carter Advertising, managing diverse advertising campaigns. Earlier experience as an Account Executive at FCB/LGK involved working with notable clients and earning an award for excellence in advertising. Stacy holds a B.A. in English from Dickinson College and has also studied Communications at Boston University.
