Dave Irelan

Dave joined Delawie in 2013 and currently serves as Project Manager for multiple large-scale Department of Defense projects for NAVFAC Southwest. Prior to that, Dave served as Project Manager for the 695,000 SF Pechanga Resort & Casino Expansion project in Temecula, CA. Dave manages all phases of projects and uses his wealth of knowledge and talent to work closely with contractors, clients, consultants and governing agencies to ensure projects are constructed on schedule, budget and of the highest quality.
