David Graham

David Graham has extensive experience in the civil engineering and construction services sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Construction Services at Delcan, A Parsons Company since 2012, David has held the position of Senior Transportation Engineer at Delcan Corporation since 1997. Prior experience includes working as a Project Engineer at Robinson Consultants Inc. from May 1994 to September 1997. David holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa, obtained between 1984 and 1987.
