Joe Pergine is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Delco Development since December 2021, Joe has held key leadership roles including Hotel General Manager at Aloft Mount Laurel and Assistant General Manager at Chickie's and Pete's. Prior to these positions, Joe excelled as Area General Manager for both Aloft Mount Laurel and Super 8. With a career beginning as a Banquet Manager at Loews Hotels and progressing through various managerial roles, Joe has demonstrated expertise in hotel management, operations oversight, and culinary direction as an Executive Chef at Four Points by Sheraton. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Widener University.
