Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship, compliance, nutrition, and education. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products focused on body care and environmental sustainability. With a background as the compliance officer assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, Mariana also previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in business administration and management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in food, nutrition, and wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
