Paul DeLeers has a diverse work experience, primarily in the construction industry. Paul started their career as a Carpenter at DeLeers Construction, Inc in 1992 and eventually moved up to the role of Foreman/Superintendent in 1997. In 2000, they became an Estimator/Project Manager, and by 2005, they were a Senior Business Development Associate. Eventually, they became the Vice President/Co-Owner of the company in 2010. Aside from their work at DeLeers Construction, Inc, Paul also served as a Board of Directors Member for both the Brown County Home Builders Association and the Downtown Green Bay Rotary Club.
Paul DeLeers attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 1997 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Construction Management with a focus on Construction.
