Scott Theiss

Scott Theiss has extensive experience in the construction and facilities maintenance fields, currently employed at DeLeers Construction, Inc. since July 2021. Prior to this role, Scott served as Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at Country Fresh Meats / Jack Link’s from June 2019 to July 2021. Scott's career at Hsu Ginseng Enterprises, Inc. spanned from February 2015 to June 2019, where responsibilities included creating a quality assurance team and monitoring standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with NSF and cGMP standards. Additionally, Scott was the General Manager at Hsu Growing Supply from 2001 to 2015, where contributions included developing a leading organic recycling facility and fostering relationships with major construction and excavating companies in Wisconsin. Scott holds an Associate's degree in Automated Manufacturing Systems from Fox Valley Technical College and has pursued further education in LEAN Organization & Implementation and Operations Management & Leadership Development at Northcentral Technical College.
