Andrew Scarbrough has been involved in a variety of roles in the business world since 2005. In that year, they began as a Marketing Analyst at Smart Furniture. In 2009, they Co-Founded and became CEO of Delegator, a company that provides skilled business services on demand. In 2010, they Co-Founded and became Chairman of Causeway, a civic engagement hub. In 2011, they Co-Founded and became Chief Operating Officer of PriceWaiter. In 2012, they Co-Founded ProDiligence, a company that provides technical due diligence. In 2014, they joined the Board of Directors of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. In 2017, they joined the HCDE Superintendent Transition Team.

Andrew Scarbrough attended McCallie from 1999 to 2005 and then Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Enterprise Management.
