Joanna Fiorentino has a wealth of experience in the digital marketing and retail industries. Joanna began their career in 2004 as an Assistant Manager at Shoe La La, where they were responsible for operating the retail shoe boutique and transitioning the owners to a new computer system. In 2009, they took on a Fashion Merchandising Co-Op role at S.V.A. Holdings, where they assisted with design and installation of monthly window displays, tagged garments, and updated the retail inventory system. That same year, they also took on a Sales role at Head Start Shoes, where they worked 25 hours per week and sold a product line of high-end Italian designer shoes. In 2011, they worked as a Sales Associate at Lacoste, where they had strong knowledge of Lacoste products and assisted with implementation of the store's visual directives. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at West 54 Media Group as a Social Media & Account Manager, where they organized and managed strategic in-house content marketing campaigns for clients and formulated key metrics and structured processes to manage and utilize organic and paid social and search marketing budgets. In 2018, they became an Inventory Manager at Keep Nature Wild, where they generated 50% in wholesale revenue in 6 months and managed a staff of 8 warehouse employees. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Social Media Marketing Consultant at JF Collective and a Growth Marketing Manager at Galactic Fed. Most recently, they have been a Digital Advertising Strategist at Delegator, where they lead and manages day-to-day client relationships and partners cross-functionally with optimizers and data analysts.
Joanna Fiorentino attended Drexel University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Design and Merchandising. Prior to that, they attended Ridgefield High School. Additionally, they obtained a Google Ads Search Certification from Google in October 2021.
