Sherri Brillon is a seasoned financial executive with extensive board experience and a strong background in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Board Member for Enerplus and Delek Logistics Partners, Brillon has also contributed to the Government of Alberta as a board member for the Alberta Energy Regulator. Prior to these roles, Brillon was with Encana Corporation for over three decades, culminating in the position of Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, Brillon has participated as a board member for various organizations, including Tim Hortons and PrairieSky Royalty Ltd., and served on the Board of Advisors for a NYSE Listed Company from 2016 to 2019.

Delek Logistics Partners LP (NYSE: DKL), headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee, is a growth-oriented publicly traded master limited partnership (MLP) formed by Delek US Holdings in 2012 to own, operate, acquire, and construct crude oil and refined products logistics and marketing assets. A substantial majority of our existing assets are integral to the success of Delek’s refining and marketing operations. We gather, transport and store crude oil and market, distribute, transport and store refined products in select regions of the southeastern United States and west Texas for Delek and third parties, primarily in support of Delek’s refineries in Tyler, Texas and El Dorado, Arkansas.
