Claude Horne

Claude (Rudy) Horne is a Senior Process Controls Engineer at Delek US Holdings, Inc., where responsibilities include maintaining, programming, and upgrading control systems such as Foxboro DCS, Triconix SIS, and various plant PLCs, along with performing PHA, Risk Assessments, KPIs, and Incident Investigations.
