Kris Keith

Kris Keith has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the IT industry. Starting in 2004, Kris worked at Tesoro Corporation, where they served as a Field Support Administrator before moving up to roles such as Supervisor, Manager, and Operations Excellence Manager. In these positions, Kris implemented process improvements, transformed IT technology, and advised on all IT processes.

In 2017, Kris joined Andeavor as the Director of IT Field Support, leading a team responsible for the support of the company's operating assets. Kris partnered with executive leadership to introduce new technology and ensure the safe and reliable operation of their assets.

From 2018 to 2020, Kris worked at Marathon Petroleum Corporation as the Head of Digital Workplace. They managed a team and integrated the IT systems of two Fortune 100 companies. Kris focused on areas such as Microsoft 365, infrastructure consolidation, collaboration tools, and standardizing the end user computing platform.

In 2020, Kris joined Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (ATI) as the Senior Director of Infrastructure & Technology Shared Services. They built a global department from scratch, consolidating legacy infrastructure teams and leveraging cloud solutions and collaboration platforms. Kris also modernized workplace technology in response to the pandemic.

Most recently, in 2022, Kris joined Delek US Holdings, Inc. as the Senior Director of Operations Technology. Details of this role are not provided.

Kris Keith attended Heald College from 2003 to 2004, where they obtained an AAS degree in Computer Information Technology.
