Presley Hartman

Presley Hartman has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, currently serving as Director of Process Safety and Operational Audits at Delek US Holdings, Inc. since June 2023. Previously, Hartman held roles such as HSE Director at Pin Oak Group and Director of Health Safety at Delek US, overseeing regulatory compliance and budget management for various programs. Significant experience was gained at Valero Energy Corporation in several positions, including Sr. Manager HSE Pipelines and Terminals and Process Safety Manager, focusing on compliance, emergency preparedness, and process safety management. Early career experience included managing safety and emergency response at Valero Aruba and leading project management efforts.
