Vincent Verkooijen

Vincent Verkooijen serves as General Legal Counsel at Delen Private Bank since January 2021, following a tenure as Counsel in finance at Simmons & Simmons from March 2017 to December 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Ashurst as an Associate, ING as a Capital Markets Lawyer, and GDF SUEZ on secondment in the Legal Finance Group. Vincent also worked as an Associate in the Brussels office of Stibbe, focusing on corporate and finance matters. Academic credentials include an Executive Master in Finance from Solvay Brussels School and a Master in Law from the University of Antwerp. Currently, Vincent is pursuing training as a Curator-Vereffenaar at KU Leuven.
