Dr. Tharanga Perera has held various leadership roles in companies such as Raja Jewellers, @DelentaCoaching, and Eliyapura Plantations. With a background in Chemical Engineering, they have also worked in roles such as Head of Technical, Innovation and Quality at AkzoNobel, and as a Product Specialist & Rheology Applications Engineer at Anton Paar USA. Their experience includes product development, technical support, customer care, and conducting educational seminars. Additionally, they have served as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Lehigh University and as a Student Instructing Leader at Texas A&M University.
