Ally Dashner

Ally Dashner is the current Head of People at Delfi Diagnostics. Ally has held this position since November 2021. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Delfi Diagnostics from July 2020 to October 2022. Dashner began their career at 23andMe in April 2018 as a Senior Recruiting Partner. In September 2019, they were promoted to Recruiting Manager and then to Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner in April 2020. Ally left 23andMe in November 2021 to join Delfi Diagnostics as the Head of People.

Ally Dashner completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of California, Santa Cruz in Community Studies with a focus on Healthcare Inequalities. Ally then went on to study International Relations and Affairs at Franklin College.
