Jason Mitchell

Jason Mitchell is an experienced biotechnologist and research associate with a background in cancer research and next-generation sequencing platforms. With a BS in Biology and Chemistry from Washington College, Jason has held various roles in companies such as SAIC, J. Craig Venter Institute, Leidos Biomedical, Personal Genome Diagnostics, and currently at DELFI Diagnostics as the Associate Director of Assay Development and Manager of Assay Development. Throughout Jason's career, they have worked on Roche 454 projects, library preparation on 454 and Illumina, cell lysis, DNA extraction, and troubleshooting errors in sequencing processes.
