Laura Tilt

Laura Tilt has extensive experience in the theatre and customer service industries, currently serving as a Group Sales Executive and Deputy Box Office Manager at Delfont Mackintosh Theatres Ltd. since October 2015. Previous roles include Acting Box Office Manager and Box Office Assistant at Ambassador Theatre Group, where Laura supervised teams and provided exemplary customer service to a diverse, international clientele. Earlier experience includes selling tickets at London Theatre Bookings and managing tasks as a Taxation and Insurance Clerk for South Wales Police. Laura Tilt holds a Bachelor's degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Middlesex University and completed a Professional Skills Programme in Managing Performance through People at The Open University.
