Radek Bocek is an experienced finance and controlling professional currently serving as the Finance and Controlling Director at delfort since May 2023, overseeing a team of 15 FTEs and managing important financial functions such as annual budgeting and financial reporting for multiple production sites. Prior to this role, Radek operated as an Interim and Finance Manager from March 2017 to May 2023, where responsibilities included the preparation for company takeovers, implementation of internal processes, cash-flow management, and oversight of audits. Radek's previous experience includes significant leadership roles at De Heus a.s., where as Finance Director, financial oversight for factories in Brazil was a key responsibility, and at Norgren and IMI CCI, where management of finance teams and processes were central to operations. Radek holds a Master’s Degree in Economy and Corporate Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Brno University of Technology.
