Marcello O'Connor has over 30 years of work experience. Marcello began their career in 1989 as the Commerce and Trading Director for Equipe Brokerage Firm, where their major responsibilities included IPO and M&A, bond, stocks, and currencies trading, and attending foreign investors clients. In 2000, they moved to Shell as a Business Development Manager. From 2003 to 2008, Marcello worked as a Business Development Manager for SHV Gas, where their major responsibilities included managing 31 business units in the Brazilian Regions of the Southeast, North, and Northeast, and creating a business plan structure and analysis. During 2008, they worked as both a Business Development Manager for MPX Energia SA and a Strategy and Planning Manager for Multiner S.A. From 2010 to 2014, Marcello was the Procurement and Supply Chain Manager for OSX Brasil, where their major responsibilities included expediting of major contracts, local content controlling, contracting services for OSX Shipyard construction, contracting services for offshore units as FPSO and Wellhead Platforms, contract management for offshore units and shipyard, major contracts management, and claims negotiation. From 2015 to 2020, they worked as a Business Development Manager for AGF Energia. Currently, Marcello is the Diretor Comercial / Chief Commercial Officer for Delfos Intelligent Maintenance.

Marcello O'Connor's education history includes an MBA from Ibmec between 1998 and 2001, a course in Off-shore platforms construction from COPPEAD UFRJ in 2011, a course in Energy Business from IAG - PUC RJ in 2009, a course in International Business from the University of Central Florida between 1988 and 1990, and a course from GIMK between 1982 and 1989.
