Don Adrichem

Don Adrichem has a diverse range of work experience. Don is currently working as a Project Engineer at Delft Circuits since October 2021. Before that, they founded their own company, Don Adrichem, in May 2018, where they served as the Founder. Prior to that, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at TCPM from October 2018 to April 2021. Don also worked as an R&D and operational engineer at Ecocreation from February 2016 to December 2018. Don has experience as a Mentor at TU Delft from September 2015 to June 2016, where they provided guidance to first-year students and facilitated group projects. Don served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Boardsportvereniging DROP Delft from September 2014 to September 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Facilities Assistant at TU Delft from March 2014 to June 2015, assisting with internal matters and facility management. Prior to that, Don worked as a Worksmen at &CO from September 2012 to February 2015, where they engaged in hospitality, event construction, and transportation. Don also served as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors at NSKG from March 2012 to January 2013.

Don Adrichem has a comprehensive education history in the field of engineering. Don first attended Delft University of Technology from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering. During this time, they also pursued a Minor in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Melbourne in 2013.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Don continued their education at Delft University of Technology, where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Biomechanical design from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, in 2016, they attended Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna for a short period to obtain a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering.

Furthermore, Don has gained various certifications to complement their academic qualifications. In 2016, they obtained the NEN3140 VP certification from PBNA BV, and in 2018, they achieved the VCA-VOL certification from IBEX bv. Later, in 2020, they completed the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from PeopleCert. Don continued to enhance their skills by obtaining the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) certification from Agile Scrum Group and the Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt certification from Bureau Tromp, both in 2021. Don also obtained the Agile Business Advanced certification from IIABC.org in the same year.
