Paulianne Brouwer

Paulianne Brouwer has a diverse range of work experience. Paulianne is currently working at Delft Circuits as the CFO, Director of Business Development, and co-founder. In this role, they are responsible for business development, financial planning and strategy, support in setting up business processes, administration, and sales. Paulianne is also involved in the development and coaching of the team and management.

Prior to their current role, they worked as a Business Development and Leadership/Life Coach at their own practice, Paulianne Bosman. Here, they provided coaching and support to individuals and organizations in various areas, including financial and business planning, team building, and effective communication. Paulianne also coached psychotherapists from different disciplines.

Paulianne also has experience as a freelancer, working in various roles for Droombeeld b.v. - Brand Activating Illusions and Double Healix educational media. In these roles, they were responsible for technical implementation and safety, camera work, floor management, business development, setting sales, PR, financial administration, and research.

Additionally, they worked as a Business Developer for La alternativa, where they brought a Mexican product to the Dutch market. Paulianne also owned and operated their own family business, Circo, c.b., which included running multiple retail stores and importing goods from various countries. During their tenure, the company was recognized as the most financially healthy company of the Canarian Islands by the Chamber of Commerce.

Earlier in their career, they served as an Interim Manager at Modern Antiquariaat, where they successfully turned the book store from loss to profit. Paulianne achieved this by selling complementary products with higher profit margins and reorienting the store to meet customer demand.

Lastly, Paulianne worked at Mediacenter B.V. where they held various roles within the media services company focused on advertisement and corporate communication. Paulianne worked in roles such as front desk, financial administration, call center, and assistant office management.

Paulianne Brouwer obtained a Master of Arts degree in Environmental-and Development Economics from the University of Amsterdam, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. In 2005, they completed a Course in SME-entrepreneurship from the Spanish Chamber of Commerce. The following year, in 2004, they took a basic course in Spanish as part of the Spanish Government's Immigration program. In 2012, Paulianne pursued Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies through their own work at the Municipality of Amsterdam. Finally, from 2009 to 2015, they engaged in Life & Leadership coaching at the Centre of Effective Intuition.
