Debanjan Chandra is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Technische Universiteit Delft since August 2022 and serves as a Review Expert for UN Climate Change, focusing on Biennial Reports, Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), and technology transfer for Annex 1 parties within the UNFCCC framework. Previously, Debanjan held the position of UGC-Senior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from August 2019 to July 2022 and was a UGC-Junior Research Fellow at IIT Bombay from July 2017 to August 2019.
