John Nijenhuis

John Nijenhuis has extensive experience in technology management and development within the academic and industrial sectors. Currently, as Managing Director of Pro2Tech at Delft University of Technology, John oversees technology and industrial relations while developing programs and projects. Additionally, John serves as a Senior Technology Manager and an Executive Board Member of e-Refinery. John has held various roles at Delft University, including Research Engineer and Chairman of the Sustainable Building committee. John also contributes to the SIAM Gravitation Program as a member of the Utilization Board and was a co-creator of Delft IMP, a spin-off company focused on nanostructured particulate materials. John's academic background includes a degree in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a BSc from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
