Maarten de Nooijer

Maarten de Nooijer is an accomplished student at Delft University of Technology, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Applied Earth Sciences. Currently serving as Treasurer for Stichting International Research Projects Delft, Maarten is engaged in multidisciplinary consultancy projects in emerging markets. As an Ambassador for Energietalenten, Maarten participates actively in the energy transition towards renewable sources. Additional roles include working at the Student IT Desk and serving as a Student Assistant in Chemistry, where responsibilities involve training high school students for final exams. Maarten has also held leadership positions, such as Chairman of both the Central Student Council and ORAS, the largest party within the council, which represents the student body of 27,000. Prior experience includes managing business affairs for YES!Delft Students, focusing on entrepreneurship events, and earlier employment as a waiter at Fier Bussum. Maarten furthered education with a minor at the University of Technology Sydney.
