Marjoleine van Leerdam

Marjoleine van Leerdam is a legal professional specializing in education law and privacy law, currently serving as a Senior Jurist in education law and privacy law at TU Delft since August 2021. Previously, Marjoleine worked as an Advocate in the education sector at TeekensKarstens advocaten notarissen and Wille Donker advocaten, providing legal advice to educational institutions regarding education legislation, governance, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Marjoleine has also held roles as a Policy Officer at the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science, and the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, as well as a Legal Assistant at the Electoral Council of the Netherlands. Marjoleine’s educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Administrative Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and ongoing certification as a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E).
