Martine van Den Boomen

Martine van den Boomen is currently a Lector in Asset Management at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, focusing on the impact of climate change on infrastructure in the Rotterdam Delta. With experience as a Consultant in Asset Management at Colibri Advies BV and as a University Researcher and Lecturer in Infrastructure Asset Management at TU Delft, Martine specializes in Life Cycle Costing and reliability analyses. Martine has contributed to various projects, including optimizing asset management models and performing extensive Life Cycle Costing analyses for municipalities and water authorities. Educational background includes degrees in Civil Engineering and Engineering Economics, along with an MBA from NIMBAS and a University Teaching Qualification.
