Michelle Ton

Michelle Ton is an experienced project and program manager with a robust background in IT and legal fields. Currently serving as Manager a.i. Infra and Projectmanager ICT at Delft University of Technology since March 2023, Michelle is responsible for overseeing the full cycle of IT project management, including planning and reporting. Prior experience includes managing substantial projects at HiiL from August 2018 to February 2023, where responsibilities encompassed proposal development, stakeholder liaison, and team coordination. Michelle has also held roles at the Embassy of Libya to the Netherlands as Office Manager, significantly improving office efficiency, and worked as a Legal Advisor at Stichting NuRecht, providing legal consultations across various law areas. Educational achievements include multiple law degrees from Utrecht University and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, supplemented by leadership and governance training through international programs.
