Shoko Dauwels

Shoko Dauwels, PhD, serves as an Educational Advisor and support staff for the Coming to Delft Service at Delft University of Technology since September 2022, enhancing the experience of international members. As the Co-Founder, Director, and Head of Training and Coaching at Dauwels&Co. since June 2022, Shoko is dedicated to empowering professionals through soft skills development and HR data insights. With extensive experience at beyond global Pte. Ltd. as an HRD Expert and previously in various leadership roles focusing on HR development for Japanese companies in Southeast Asia, Shoko has cultivated expertise in training program development and workplace communication. Academic contributions include positions as a Research Fellow and Project Manager at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and research roles at prestigious institutions such as Tokyo Institute of Technology and MIT Sloan School of Management, complemented by a PhD in Knowledge Science from Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
