Stefan Persaud

Stefan Persaud is an accomplished educator and musician, currently serving as a TUDelft Education Fellow and a Senior Lecturer in Industrial Design Engineering at TU Delft since 2018. With extensive experience in pedagogy and design, Stefan has coordinated various engineering courses for both bachelor and master phases, while actively developing educational frameworks such as Productive Failure Pedagogy and materials for teaching design in international contexts. In addition to academic responsibilities, Stefan has a longstanding career as a musician, participating in songwriting and performances since 1994. Stefan's qualifications include an MSc in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology and several post-bachelor and post-master degrees in inclusive pedagogy and pedagogical leadership.
