Timon Fliervoet

Timon Fliervoet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electron microscopy, systems engineering, and project management. Currently serving as a System Architect in Electron Microscopy at ASML since July 2006, Timon employs a systems engineering design approach to focus on system functionalities and modeling. Previous roles at ASML include Senior Principle Architect, Group Manager for EUV imaging, and Project Manager leading diverse teams on advanced imaging studies and software integration for next-generation scanners. Timon has also contributed as a Guest Researcher at Delft University of Technology, enhancing the design and application of electron microscopes. Prior to ASML, Timon worked at FEI Company as a Senior Product Development Manager, where strategic initiatives in TEM software and collaboration with esteemed institutions were paramount. Timon’s academic credentials include a PhD in Mineral Physics and a Cum Laude MSc in Structural Geology from Utrecht University.
