Wilfred de Groot

Wilfred de Groot is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various roles within technology and security sectors. Currently serving as a Netwerk Consultant at Delft University of Technology since February 2023, Wilfred previously worked as an IT Security Engineer at Hoyer Global Transport between July 2015 and January 2023. An active contributor to organizational development at A&O Services from October 2004 to June 2015, Wilfred participated in a working group focused on strategic planning for the company's future amidst shareholder changes and facilitated Covey workshops to enhance employee knowledge on productivity principles. Other roles include Senior System Administrator, Systeembeheerder, and various positions in training and technical support, with foundational experience beginning in the Dutch military. Wilfred holds a Bachelor’s degree in ICT from Hogeschool NOVI, completed in 2012.
