Julie van der Heyden

Julie Van der Heyden has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Julie started their career as an HR-stagiair at Kuwait Petroleum North-West Europe in 2013, followed by a role as a Consultant HR-recruitment at Hays. In 2014, they worked as an HR-stagiair at L'Oréal before transitioning to a Senior HR-consultant position at PZ, where they worked from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, Julie has been employed at Delhaize Belgium, initially serving as an Employer Branding & Engagement Manager. Julie then assumed the role of Head of HR Career Center and is currently working as an HR Talent Director.

Julie Van der Heyden completed their Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics with a specialization in Business Administration from the University of Antwerp from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they also attended HEC Montréal for a program in Baccalauréat en Administration des Affaires. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Applied Economics with a major in Business Administration from the University of Antwerp, completing it in 2012. Later, in 2012-2013, they furthered their education with a Postgraduate in Human Resource Management at Antwerp Management School.
