Patrisia Gonzalez has extensive experience in operational leadership and management within various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at the Delhi Center since September 2018, Patrisia has held multiple leadership roles, including Associate Director and Director of Operations. Prior experience includes positions at Planet Home Lending, LLC as a Sales Service Representative, where exceptional customer service and client management were prioritized, and as Office Manager at Sculptor Body Molding, focusing on sales, personnel development, and operational efficiency. Patrisia also served as Area Director at the Boys & Girls Club of the Harbor Area, managing after-school programs and staff while fostering strong community relationships. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Phoenix and a Master's degree in Human Behavior from National University, among other qualifications in human resources and psychology.
