Divya Gattani

Divya Gattani is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate litigation, matrimonial law, insolvency and bankruptcy law, and consumer matters. Currently serving as a Council Member at the WICCI Arbitration and Conciliation Council and a Senior Partner at JUS LAW OFFICES since May 2018, Divya has demonstrated expertise in representing clients before various judicial forums, including the NCLT and NCLAT. Additionally, Divya holds positions as a Member of the WICCI and Panel Counsel for the Delhi Development Authority, providing legal representation in district and high courts. With a strong educational background, including a Bachelor of Laws from ILS Law College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Divya has built a diverse legal career marked by significant contributions to both advisory and contentious legal matters.
