Prashansa possesses extensive experience in project management and architectural design, having held various roles since starting a career in 2008. Initial positions included trainee project management at Fairwood Consultants Pvt Ltd. and SYNERGY PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES PVT. LTD., followed by a design in-charge role at Othello Group. Prashansa advanced to Deputy Manager at Emaar MGF, overseeing consultant appointments and project approvals from July 2012 to July 2015. Currently serving as Deputy Director at the Delhi Development Authority since March 2025, with prior experience as an Assistant Director in Architecture, Prashansa also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at Sushant School of Art and Architecture from 2015 to 2020. The educational background includes a Master's degree in Building Engineering and Management from the School of Planning and Architecture and a Bachelor's in Architecture from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, complemented by a certification in City and Metropolitan Planning.
