Skand Kumar

Skand Kumar is an experienced Architect with a professional background in various design and BIM roles. Currently serving as an Architect at the Delhi Development Authority since August 2019, Skand previously held positions at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited from October 2015 to August 2019, where responsibilities included Team Lead for BIM Architecture and Senior Architect. Key contributions included preparation of architectural designs and collaboration with multi-disciplinary engineering teams. Skand also worked as an Architect/BIM Expert on the Warner Brothers Theme Park project in Abu Dhabi while at AECOM from August 2016 to July 2017, focusing on managing Revit models and coordinating services.
