Parveen Gupta

Parveen Gupta is a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as the Legal Head and Company Secretary at Delhi Duty Free Services since December 2010, Parveen has honed expertise in regulatory compliance and corporate management. Prior to this role, Parveen was the Company Secretary and Legal Manager at Genesis Luxury Fashion Private Limited from December 2007 to December 2010. Parveen holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and has further qualifications from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
