Siddhartha Jain has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and training. Siddhartha started their career in 2000 as a Human Resources Supervisor at Metropolitan Hotel Nikko before moving on to work as a Training and Quality Assurance Executive at RELIANCE JIO INFOCOMM UK LIMITED. Siddhartha then became a Human Resources Manager at Shangri-La Group and later a Training Manager at Crowne Plaza Today, Gurgaon. In 2008, they joined The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts as a Human Resource & Training Manager. Siddhartha'smost recent role was as the Head of Human Resources at Delhi Duty Free Services, where they currently work.
Siddhartha Jain completed a Bachelor's Program in Hospitality Administration/Management from Merit Swiss Asian School of Hotel Management between 1995 and 1998. Prior to that, between 1981 and 1994, Siddhartha attended Don Bosco in New Delhi and studied Science.
