Laltu Shaw

Laltu Shaw currently serves as Manager Central at Flipkart since April 2024 and has held the role of Senior Manager at Delhivery from January 2019 to the present. Before this, Laltu was Center Manager at Delhivery from February 2016 to October 2016, overseeing First Mile and Last Mile operations in the B2C process. Beginning a career in customer service, Laltu worked as a Customer Service Assistant at eTrans Solutions Private Limited from September 2010 to January 2016, focusing on improving customer satisfaction and logistics planning. Laltu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies from Michael Madhusudan Memorial College, attained between 2007 and 2010.
