Candice Fonseca

Candice Fonseca is the Proprietor of Delifonseca, a multi-award winning independent eatery and deli located in Liverpool, where operations span two sites: Stanley Street and Brunswick Quay (Dockside). Since January 2006, Candice has led Delifonseca, further enhancing the establishment's reputation and success in the culinary industry. In September 2010, Candice also became the Proprietor of Delifonseca Dockside Limited, contributing to the growth and development of the dining experience offered at both locations.
