Mary Mount

Mary Mount is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Since August 2017, Mary has served as Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Delight Restaurant Group, managing a portfolio of 160 restaurants and overseeing more than 6,000 employees. Prior roles include Director of Area Operations at Starboard Management Group from January 2011 to August 2017 and various managerial positions at Wendy's and Guardian Life Insurance Company. In addition to operational leadership, Mary is an active member of the Chief network, which supports powerful women in executive leadership. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate Degree in Business Administration and Management with a minor in HR from Strayer University.
