Shizuka Kako

Shizuka Kako is a Senior Associate at Delight Ventures. Shizuka has over 19 years of experience in marketing and communications.

Shizuka started their career as an editor of a marketing magazine at GAGA communications. After 4 years, they became a Marketing Consultant at Funai Consulting. In 2010, they joined DeNA as a Marketing Communications Specialist and left the company in 2017 to join Amazon as a Marketing Manager.

In 2018, they joined Mercari, Inc. as a Senior Marketing Specialist and left the company in May 2021 to join Delight Ventures.

Shizuka Kako has a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Biology from Kyoto University.
