Manuela has an extensive background in marketing, having worked as a Marketing Manager at both University Hospital Frankfurt's Department of Otolaryngology and MED-EL, where responsibilities included developing marketing strategies and overseeing B2C marketing in the medical device sector. Manuela’s academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Wirtschaftskommunikation from Hochschule für Angewandte Sprachen and experience studying at prestigious institutions such as Beijing Foreign Studies University and the University of Regensburg.
