Tushar Mishra, CFE has a diverse range of work experience. Tushar co-founded Delightree in 2019 and has been involved in the role of Co-Founder since then. Prior to that, they co-founded Survaider in 2017 and played a key role in product development, business development, strategy, sales, marketing, and team management.

Before Survaider, Tushar co-founded Gamified Surveys in 2015, where they focused on creating a unique product that turned questions into mini playable games. While they successfully built the product, they faced challenges in commercializing it.

In 2014, Tushar worked as a Student Manager at DUCIC Technology Business Incubator. Tushar also co-founded School Days Cafe in 2013, where they established a cafeteria on a co-op model, successfully making it self-sustained and employing two full-time individuals.

Tushar gained research experience as a Research Intern at Purdue University in 2013. Tushar also volunteered as an English teacher and career mentor at Make A Difference in 2012-2013. Additionally, they worked as an intern at the National Innovation Foundation in 2012.

Overall, Tushar Mishra has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial drive and a passion for product development, business strategy, and team management throughout their work experience.

Tushar Mishra completed their high school education from Bluebells School International, from 2007 to 2011. Tushar then went on to study at Cluster Innovation Center, University of Delhi from 2011 to 2015. At Cluster Innovation Center, they pursued a B.Tech. in IT and Mathematical Innovations, with a minor in Economics and Management. Tushar also obtained additional certifications in Gamification from the University of Pennsylvania and Media Basics from Delhi University.
