Cynthia Diederich

Cynthia Diederich has a diverse professional background with experience in education, counseling, and strategic planning. Since 2014, Cynthia has served in a role at DeLille Cellars. Prior to this, from March 2010 to March 2012, Cynthia founded and owned CWD College with Direction, focusing on strategic planning for college preparation and admissions. Earlier in Cynthia's career, as Lead Counselor for Franklin Pierce School District from 2003 to 2006, responsibilities included monitoring 350 students' progress toward graduation and assisting with their four-year plans and career goals. Cynthia holds an M.A. in Counseling and Psychology from Lewis & Clark College and an M.Ed. in Education from Pacific University.
