Duncan Jarvis MRICS

Duncan Jarvis MRICS has over 16 years of experience in real estate asset management and advisory roles. Duncan is currently the Head of Portfolio Management at Delin Property, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, Duncan worked at Thor Equities as the Managing Director, Asset Management, where they oversaw a Pan European logistics team and implemented value add asset management strategies. Duncan joined Thor Equities in January 2020 as the Executive Director, Asset Management before being promoted to their current role.

Before joining Thor Equities, Duncan worked at Clearbell Capital LLP for 6 years, starting in June 2014 as the Director, Asset Management. At Clearbell Capital, they implemented value add asset management strategies across the UK real estate portfolio. Duncan had various responsibilities, including communication, presenting to investors, formulating business plans, overseeing solicitors and project managers, and reporting to JV partners and investment committees. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Asset Manager at Mapeley, responsible for the management strategy of the company's vacant estate in the South of England and Wales. Duncan also worked as an Asset Manager at Mapeley, where they managed both freehold and leasehold offices in the South West of England.

Duncan started their career at JMW Barnard LLP as a Surveyor, where they focused on rent reviews, lease renewals, dilapidations, and service charge reconciliation in commercial and residential properties across various sectors.

Throughout their career, Duncan has demonstrated strong leadership, interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and expertise in formulating and implementing asset management strategies.

Duncan Jarvis MRICS began their education at The London Oratory School, where they studied from 1994 to 2001. After completing their secondary education, they went on to Royal Holloway, University of London, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from 2001 to 2004. Following this, Duncan attended Oxford Brookes University, where they pursued a Real Estate Management course accredited by RICS from 2004 to 2005. Finally, they enrolled at RICS, as indicated by the acronym, and completed their Accredited Professional Certificate (APC) from 2005 to 2007.
